Practice makes perfect!

Games

These online games are essential tools for practice because students cannot improve in their classes if they're not practicing outside of the classroom. This website has homework help, flashcard practices and more. I would use these in my classroom to send home to the parents specific activities to do online with their children that would revolve around what has been done in the classroom.

Deaf Education Strategies.

Strategies in a deaf education classroom

This website gives several examples about math strategies in a deaf education classroom. They range from using technology, using visual cues, etc. This is very important for any regular education classroom due to the rising number of students with hearing loss being included in the regular education classroom. I would use this in my regular education classroom to ensure students with hearing loss got the best of everything in their classes, particularly their math lessons.

Online Games

Brain Pop

This website has a variety of games covering mathematical ideas ranging from algebra, geometry, measurement, probability, data analysis, numbers & operations, ratio, percentage, and proportion. This website is a very useful tool in my opinion and can be used for any grade with any subject matter in Math. I would use this for an extension in classroom lessons, in which students do independent work.
